a newborn offering from eulanda shead and raquel cecil… a natural outcropping of years spent deep in the practices of african & latin dance, passionate choreography & the thrill of teaching & performance. this is a unique, high energy, “more dance than fitness” class. it’s your passport straight to the caribbean! the music and the moves are african, latin, sexy and sultry. the energy is intoxicating and contagious, with just the perfect combination of naughtiness! wind it up, grind it, sweat and have fun! all levels are welcome. be prepared to challenge yourself! this class can be done in soft soled dance shoes or barefoot if you prefer.

this pussy cat dolls style dance class includes a sexy dance style warm-up followed by modern burlesque style choreography.  this class breaks down technique and stage presence, while delivering an energetic workout.  whip that boa around your neck and get ready to DANCE tease style!

no matter what your fitness or flexibility level, come and push your body to the limit!  all levels welcome!  this class challenges you to get into incredible shape, warming up with conditioning & strength training for toning and leaning out.  as your body gets warmer, we take your flexibility training deeper and further.  experience active flexibility training to enhance your flexibility for any sport, using the strength of your muscles to gain more flexibility safely and effectively.  this class will challenge every muscle group and has been developed using methods from dance, gymnastics, contortion, pole, aerial, hand balance, pilates, yoga, barre and more.  it’s the perfect balance of strength and flexibility for any athlete.  exercises change weekly.

a signature tease pole class – stripper workout FLOW warmup will prep your muscles by strengthening & stretching for your pole prep. the flow will get your bod comfy & confident with dance style movements. at the poles, you will learn transitions, stage presence, dance, technical cleanup & freestyle elements, all to prepare you to be performance ready…or just feel like you could take the stage at a moment’s notice. this class is a workout, keeping your heart rate UP with constant movement.
* higher level pole students MUST begin at pole flow L1 as new technique is taught.
* please bring leg warmers or knee pads to this class to make your floor work comfortable!  high heels recommended too.

looking for a chance to practice your newly found pole technique or perfect your transitions?  during open pole, we have an instructor present for quick questions and spotting but doesn’t lead the class. the hour is yours to practice exactly what you need to your own music (or come tune-less and we’ll throw on music for you!).

consider this your pole tutoring session.  bring your checklist and be ready to perfect those moves you’re working on.  you’ll learn a series of brief strengthening & flexibility essentials you can bring home or to your pole recess session.  a quick and intense warm up will be followed by pole time, in which the instructor will work with each student individually catering to their specific needs.

level 1-5+, beginner through professional levels
pole technical classes for all levels.  stripper workout warmup will get your pole-specific muscles warmed, strengthened & stretched.  pole technique will follow.  you will work on cleanly mastering the current movements you are working on and pushing yourself to the next level ::

level 1(female-only class//formerly beginning pole 101) – the class where the addiction begins.  ”stripper workout” floor work preps muscles for pole-specific strength and flexibility, while also educating clients on further transitional movements.  pole work introduces students to beginning walks spins, transitions and grips in order to get the beginner pole dancer confident with a new style of dance/fitness and to ensure proper technique and muscle building from the start.

level 2(female-only class//formerly beginning pole 201) – “stripper workout” floor work advances in difficulty, further continuing the prep of pole-specific muscles to anticipate necessary holds and flexibility needs.  pole work reviews all L1 spins, focusing on the ability to perform them 1-handed.  L2 introduces students to a huge syllabus of new grips, holds, spins and combos, ensuring a physical and mental workout. this class is extremely spin-oriented and is highly encouraged for transfer students to fill in the blanks, even if they are at a higher level.  proper holds and muscle-usage is highly educated and required of students at this level to set them up for a lifetime of pole safety.

level 3(female-only class//formerly intermediate pole 101) – “stripper workout” floor work will continue, but warm-up shifts to stronger focuses on strength, plyometrics, cardio and flexibility.  L3 is the introduction of climbs and inverts!  proper safety and technique at this level is again paid strong attention to in students, in order to assure correct execution of movements.  spotting is required of all inverts until students display the technical ability to complete movements on their own.

level 4 (female-only class//formerly intermediate pole 201) – L4 expands upon a strong foundation of L3 knowledge, its syllabus focusing on intermediate inverts.  strength will play a large part of the movements at this level and clients are encouraged to cross-train throughout their other classes.

level 5 (female-only class) – L5+ is for the advanced student or professional, at this point our highest technical level offered.  new inverts and combinations are a constant focus, as well as cleaning-up andsmooth-ness of already learned technique.  L5 students should have a constant focus on polishing their lower level technique.

* high level polers are welcome and ENCOURAGED to attend lower level classes in order to clean up technique and strengthen.

the naughty hour: lap & striptease workout

a tease signature combo class that begins with an intensive sensual style body resistance warm up to tone and learn sexy transitions.  the warm up is followed by lap dance and striptease technique and combos.  NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART:  the end of class will include demonstrating a routine on a fellow student.  be sure to bring heels and layers (i.e. hoodies, button downs, extra tank tops, bikini tops, etc).  a new choreographed routine begins at the start of each month but anyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.
