Whether you’re new to the pole or have years of experience, you’ll love our pole classes! We offer several different levels, beginner static and spin pole classes to advanced level pole instruction. These classes are designed to help students feel sexy and get fit.

How To Choose a Class at Tease Studio

If you’re new to the world of fun and flirty fitness, it can be difficult to pick the right class to start with. Luckily, Tease Studio offers a variety of options — including pole classes, dance classes, and aerial fitness classes — for students of all experience levels. Our recommendation for choosing the right class for you is to think about which style you’re most interested in and what your prior experience entails.

If you are interested in pole classes but don’t have a large amount of experience, Tease Studio requires all new students to take the Pole Technique Level One class that is offered every week. However, if you have attended several pole classes before, get in touch with us directly so we can help you determine which class is right for you! When it comes to our dance classes, we recommend all our new students start with “All Level” classes or classes with no level indication, as they are both designed to be fun and inclusive to everyone!

Pole Classes

Static Pole Level 1

The class where the addiction begins.

Floorwork preps muscles for pole-specific strength and flexibility, while also educating clients on further transitional movements.

Pole work introduces students to beginning walks, spins, transitions and grips in order to get the beginner pole dancer confident with a new style of dance/fitness and to ensure proper technique and muscle building from the start.

*yoga mat required! heels optional.

Static Pole Level 2

Floor work advances in difficulty, further continuing the prep of pole-specific muscles to anticipate necessary holds and flexibility needs.

Pole work reviews all L1 spins, focusing on the ability to perform them 1-handed and on both sides. L2 introduces students to a huge syllabus of new grips, holds, spins and combos, ensuring a physical and mental workout.

Test out of level 1 before Level 2 Static*

This class is extremely spin-oriented and is highly encouraged for transfer students to fill in the blanks. Proper holds and muscle-usage is highly educated and required of students at this level to set them up for a lifetime of pole safety.

*yoga mat required! heels optional.

Static Pole Level 2.5 (climbing & Inversions)

Now you are ready to start making your way up the pole and seeing the world upside down! This class can resemble a conditioning class.

This class will focus on expanding level 2 movements and spins and bringing them in to introduction of climbs and inverts! Grounded introduction to inversions/ shoulder mounts and inverted leg grips. Proper safety and technique at this level is again paid strong attention to in students, in order to assure correct execution of movements.Warm-up shifts to stronger focuses on strength, plyometrics, cardio and flexibility.

* MUST HAVE a familiarity with Static Pole L2 to participate in this class.This class is for those who are ready to begin working through inversions and shoulder mounts.

Static Pole Level 3

A warmup will get your pole-specific muscles warmed, strengthened & stretched. The pole technique will follow. Each person will work on cleaning up and mastering the current movements you are working on, while pushing yourself to the next level : level 3 –

Once you are a basic spin expert and are starting to feel way stronger on the pole…it’s time to begin aerial transitions & inverting! The grounded practice that was in level 2.5 is now moved up the pole working on basic intermediate pole movements such as butterfly, inverted crusifix, leg hands, hip holds and shoulder mounts. While working on these transitions they will be introduced into combos and transitions to make aerial movements more fluid.

Test out of level 2.5 before Level 3 Static*Skin is needed so please dress accordingly.

*yoga mat required!

Static Pole Level 3.5

Warm-up shifts to stronger focuses on strength, plyometrics, cardio and flexibility. This level is focused on the more advanced variations of the base moves taught in level 3. This class will help you feel more confident in: handsprings, extended butterflies, shoulder mount variations, circus climbs and aerial inverts so that transitioning into Level 4 smoother. Skin is needed so please dress accordingly.

Proper safety and technique at this level is again paid strong attention to in students, in order to assure correct execution of movements.

* MUST BE taking or have passed Level 3 pole to participate in this class!Some moves you should be familiar with or working on :extended butterfly, basic/ standard handspring, intro to cuff grip handspring, aerial inversions, combo variation of the Level 3 base moves

Static Pole 4+

Warm-up shifts to stronger focuses on strength, plyometrics, cardio and flexibility.

This class is a level 4 plus and will be focused on advanced inverts, spins and tricks. Strength will play a large part of the movements at this level and clients are encouraged to cross-train throughout their other classes.

Test out of level 3.5 before Level 4 Static*

*yoga mat required! Must have passed Level 3 and be comfortable aerial inverting and with shoulder mounts.

Foundations of Spin Pole (Beginner Spin)

Pole technical class; warmup will get your pole-specific muscles warmed, strengthened & stretched. pole technique will follow. Class will focus on spin pole technique and creating a solid foundation for higher spin pole levels.This class will work on how to establish and use momentum from the spin pole. Climbing and upright combos using your level 1 movements. Beginner spin uses tricks/ transitions and combos from level 2 and 2.5 and takes them on a spin pole.

*yoga mat, knee pads, and/or leg warmers optional.

Spin Pole Intermediate

Now that you have experienced static pole this will be your introduction to the world of spin. This is a mixed level class that will continue working on the technique and strength that where established in Pole level 2/2.5, but now adding the element of the spinning pole. This class will work on how to establish and use momentum from the spin pole while working through inversions/ leg holds/ and descending down the pole. Climbing and upright combos using your level 1 movements.

*MUST HAVE GRADUATED from Level 2 and currently attending level 2.5 + classes. This class is not recommend to those who have never pole danced before, prior experience is highly recommended.

Spin Pole Advanced

This is a mixed level class that will continue working on the technique and strength that where established in Spin Pole Intermediate and Static Pole level 3+, but now adding the element of the spinning pole. This class will work on how to establish further combine intermediate spin combos with higher level pole tricks and transitions.

*MUST HAVE GRADUATED from Spin Pole Intermediate and currently attending level 3+ classes. This class is not recommend to those who have never pole danced before, prior experience is highly recommended.

Chair Pole Flow Level 2+

Take your pole skills to the next level with a new accessory.

This class is exactly what it sounds like - flowing on a pole and chair simultaneously!

You will be guided through a dancers-based warmup and pole conditioning. Once you have completed your warmup, you will learn combos and transitions incorporating both pole and chair dance, putting these together to various types of music. This is not a choreography class.

Note: You must have passed level 1 pole and started attending level 2 static pole classes. Heels and knee pads are encouraged.

Open Pole Lv 1+

Need some time to work on your pole technique? Creating a routine that you would like to work out? Use this open studio hour to work on your current pole & fitness goals. this hour is UN-INSTRUCTED, no technique or warm-up will be provided, however an instructor will be available for questions and spotting.

Open pole is co-ed as well. Must have at least some level 1 pole experience! There is a possibility of poles being shared in this class.

Curvaceous Lv 1

This class is designed specifically for those lovelies of all shapes and sizes who are new to pole fitness but have avoided it before. Let us introduce to pole and help you learn to love every part of you! This class is set at a slower pace with focus on more conditioning than Static Level 1.

This is a class that will take you level 1 pole spins and tricks , which will also include floor transitions with and without the pole, to a more challenging level and with fun strength building exercises. This class will be working on expanding curriculum at a pace that is comfortable to all. Pole fitness is not just about movement but loving the body you are in, which is core of the this class. This class will focus more on working through tricks/spins and movements to gain muscle memory and body confidence.

Curvaceous Lv 2

This class is designed specifically for those lovelies of all shapes and sizes who are new to pole fitness but have avoided it before. Let us introduce to pole and help you learn to love every part of you!

Pole Choreography L1+

Feeling “clunky” in your freestyle? Looking to develop more confidence in your pole movement, for yourself or for the stage? This class strings together L1 moves into combos to the beat of spicy, slinky songs. All levels are welcome! We start with a flow warmup to strengthen & stretch your muscles for the pole. At the pole, you will learn transitions, stage presence, dance, technical cleanup & freestyle elements. This class is a workout, keeping your heart rate up with constant movement.

Note: We recommend attending at least three (3) L1 classes in order to be familiar with basic L1 moves such as pirouettes, pole arounds, and fireman spins. This class will help you advance towards more challenging classes such as Skin Series and any L2+ pole technique or choreography class.

Bring heels, kneepads, layers, and leg warmers—anything to make your floor work spicier and more comfortable!

Heel-o-graphy 101

Ever wonder how to walk or even dance in those 7 inch heels?

This class focuses on strengthening those ankles and calves in order to wear your heels safety along with establishing comfort and balance all while learning choreo and combos that focus on the usage of heels.

*Bring your heels, water and knee pads are always suggested.

**All levels are welcome to this class and will be able to adapt choreography for all levels.

The Skin Series

A tease studio signature series. Remove the stigmas, titles, fears and get comfortable in your own skin.

0ur "skin series" uses interpretive sultry dance to play with different emotions and get you feeling comfortable in your own sassy skin. Leave your fears at the door, slip into your heels and get ready for your inner goddess to be released. Class will use all elements including pole, floor & walls.

*PREREQ: MUST have some level 1 pole experience, preferably several classes! This class will incorporate some more pole moves and floor work!

*heels and leg warmers are required for this one! yoga mat required!

Slightly Stripped Lv 2+

Dip your toes into the sexier side of pole dancing with this low flow based class. This is a level 2 class designed for the student who wants to work on mastering level one and two moves with an emphasis on performance skills/technique, with a sexy twist.

Begin with a full body warm up to get all your parts moving and flowing. Followed by instructor lead choreography by someone who has really mastered the art of seduction and technique, in one. Part choreo class, part low flow, all sexy so get ready to pull out your inner seductruss for this class!

*Heels and kneepads encouraged but not necessary. Must have passed pole level 1.

Dance Classes

Lap Dancing

Unleash your inner seductress with Lap Dancing, an inviting class designed for all levels and focused on the art of conventional lap dancing.

Step into a space where feeling sexy is the main goal, as you learn the sultry moves and confidence-boosting techniques of a mesmerizing lap dance. This class offers a supportive and empowering environment where you can embrace your sensuality and express yourself through dance. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, join us for a captivating experience that celebrates the allure and art of lap dancing.

Bass Babes

Get down to today's hottest electronic music in this dance based fitness class taught by Team EZ's Ms Rachel! Spend the first half of class working on your body isolations, cardio, and the art of free style. Then put your practice to work by learning a sassy routine. Whether you're an aspiring gogo dancer or just want to work out like one, this is the class for you!

* yoga mat needed for warm up. shoes recommended but not required.

Burlesque

Have you ever wanted to learn the art of the Tease?

Take off some calories and clothes in a steamy workout filled with classic peels and modern movement.

You'll get one hell of a workout and leave with less clothes then you started with. From classic to modern burlesque, you'll learn the in and outs of what it really means to Tease.......

*All levels welcome. Yoga mat, water bottle recommended!

Dance Cardio

What better way to work on your cardio than to dance it out! This is a all levels class and is for those who want to get their conditioning in while having fun!

Note: Yoga mat not required. Tennis shoes recommended but also not required. Knee pads are welcome.

Chair Acro L2+

This class is a heavy focus on using the chair for acrobatic based moves (rolling, balancing, stalls, etc) . Suggested to have taken several chair lv1 classes and/ or floor based acro classes before attending this class.

Heels are optional. We do not suggest that this class is your first class at the studio as this would be considered a intermediate leveled class.

Floor Flow

Floor, dance & chair transition technique will accentuate your own personal style. This class will start with warm up using guided across the floor sequences. You will be given choreographed transitioned which will then be focused on using music and personal movement to flow better through the choreography. There is never a dull moment with Floor flow and you will find yourself constantly wanting more.

Recommended for Level 1+ and heels welcome. Don't forget water!!

Salsa

Open-Level Salsa on1, no partner required. Learn to dance and connect with the beat of salsa music, work on foot placement, body actions and skills, turns, arm styling, and foot patterns. Each class you will learn a mini salsa routine (sexy, sultry, spicy) that will leave you wanting more!!

*(Salsa on1 or L.A. style connects movements to the phrasing and melody of the music.)

All levels welcome. Water bottle recommended. Socks or dance heels recommended

Liquid Motion

This class is about movements that will not only move your body in sexy ways but will invoke thought to exercise your brain. This class explores body exceptence through body movements. The class is 75 minutes and every minute will be used. Be prepared for across the floor guided floor sequences, rolling sequences and free movement.

*knee pads, legwarmers/ leggings and heels are highly recommended.

Naughty Hour: Lap & Striptease

A tease signature combo class. Begins with an sexy style body resistance warm-up to tone & learn all of the sexy transitions. next, true lap dance & strip-tease technique & combos are taught. NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART!

*be sure to bring heels & layers - come prepared to sweat.

Chair Dancing Level 1+

Class begins with a long full body sensual warmup made entirely of chair dance movements. Then we focus on combining moves from the warmup with more challenging poses to create choreography or combos. This class is mixed level perfect for students with no dance experience with advancements offered to keep regulars challenged.

Pants or leg warmers are recommended to avoid sticking to the chair. Heels are welcome but not required. Bring water and be prepared for new sensations.

Hard Rock Heels

Get ready to unleash your inner rock GOD in our sizzling and empowering class – "Hard Rock Heels Fusion"!

Strut into a world where hard rock meets high heels, and unleash the powerful, sexy, and fierce side of you. This class is a celebration of self-expression through dance, turning every participant into a rockstar in their own right.

All Levels, All Welcome: Whether you're a seasoned dancer or taking your first steps in heels, this class is open to everyone. Our expert instructors will guide you through each step, ensuring you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to rock out.

Grab your water bottle and leave your inhibitions at the door. While heels are recommended, they're not mandatory. What's essential is your readiness to embrace your inner bad ass and dance like nobody's watching.

Aerial Classes

Aerial Conditioning

With all the pole and lyra and hammock you are doing, isn't it time to start conditioning those bodies to last?

This class will focus on range of motion, injury prevention and strength building for the muscles used in aerial arts. Long, active stretching paired with focus strength training will get you in the air faster and safer.

*all levels. mat recommended.

Aerial Rehab

This class challenges you to get your body and mind in shape to prevent injuries and help to heal those that are present. Aerial rehab combines light cardio, flexibility, full body strengthening, toning, and ending in some meditation to keep focus on your training goals.

Designed to work on your personal needs and goals for your body to keep you floating in the air for a long time. A perfect class for the beginner and for the intense athlete.

*All levels and skillsets welcome. Mat is recommended.

Honeys on Hammocks Lv 1

This class incorporates the relaxation of static poses and stretching with the floating effect of a hammock. Class will begin with slow mild warm combining yoga, stretch and active flexibility exercises. Expect classes to incorporate tricks/ poses and combos that can be done with and in the hammock. Rock, swing and open your way into a strong body and mind.

This is a class that is level for new and beginner students.

Lovin That Lyra Lv 1

Hoop takes on more meaning when you are swinging around in a circle! This class is a beginner/ intermediate level class that promises to challenge all who attend. Expect to learn tricks and static poses on the Lyra while then being shown how to progress those tricks into fluid transitions and combos. Layers are encouraged for this class.

Aerial Yoga

Nothing says relaxation like floating in the air. This class will focus on movements to increase flexibility, strength and balance while using the support of a hammock. Think yoga flow but with a little added bonus of a fabric supporting larger movements.

All levels are welcome. Layers suggested. No rings/ watches or jewelry

Rest & Restore Flow

Unlock your body’s full potential with our Restorative Stretch Class designed specifically for dancers. This gentle yet deeply effective session focuses on releasing tension, enhancing flexibility, and promoting recovery. Ideal for all levels, our class offers a blend of soothing stretches and mindful breathing, allowing your muscles to fully relax and rejuvenate.

Whether you’re easing soreness or preparing for your next performance, this is your go-to reset button to keep you flying high.

Stretch It Out

Are you looking to increase your range of motion, get your splits, achieve that roll-through or even just touch your toes? This class is for you!

Perfect for all levels, this class focuses on increasing flexibility through active stretching. Class begins with a short warmup to get your body ready then focuses on some main sticky areas: shoulders, back, hips or legs. Bring a mat, and a towel, because you will be sweating! The name of the game is comfortably uncomfortable.

*All levels welcome. Mat, socks or leg warmers and water is suggested.

Rehab

  • Increase Range of Motion.
  • Improved Body awareness and control.
  • Improve strength.
  • Injury prevention.
  • Improve body awareness.

All bodies are welcome to come try a little rehab. This class is focused on your bodies natural mobility and maintaining. improving the range of motion. Unlike your conventional stretching classes, this class focuses more on the joints and works within capsules to encourage movement.

One class is all it takes to be convinced. You are welcome to being any props that you have at home or would use for your own home routines.

Look Good Naked

Melt away unwanted curves & gain the ones you want - Our sensual version of cardio stripper workout. Sexy music & movements throughout class – Slooooooow down a little then speed it up a bit with this style and you will be feeling the burn. This class focuses more on a slow burn and tone rather than heavy cardio and jumping around. Good for all levels. Look good naked and know you do.

Stretch & Strengthen

Take your stretching to the next level! After a brief but intense warm-up, this class will focus on flexibility and strengthening primary muscle groups. Elements of yoga and dance are used to help push you past what you ever thought possible. This class is for the non-flexy & very flexible alike!

Ab Addict & Booty Botox

Melt away & tone up in this tease studio signature class! Begins with a cardio-based warm-up to get your heart pumping and quickly moves to tummy and booty toning exercises. This class will challenge the beginner all the way to the advanced Teaser. Feel the burn, baby!

*Yoga mat and water required! no shoes needed.

Yoga Blended

A blend of yoga (hatha/vinyasa/yoga as therapy), martial arts(chi kung), and movement therapy. The class is designed to balance, strengthen, and detoxify the body from the inside out. The breath(pranayama/energy-restraint), locks(bhandas), and alignment, are the cornerstones of the Syns practice.

This class is perfect for those seeking more lightness from their body and mind, in there daily life, to those working on defying the feeling of gravity.

Reformer

Reformer

Each session focuses on building strength, improving posture, and increasing endurance through controlled movements and resistance provided by the reformer machine.

Ideal for anyone ranging from newbie to fitness enthusiasts seeking a challenging yet rewarding workout.
