How To Choose a Class at Tease Studio

If you’re new to the world of fun and flirty fitness, it can be difficult to pick the right class to start with. Luckily, Tease Studio offers a variety of options — including pole classes, dance classes, and aerial fitness classes — for students of all experience levels. Our recommendation for choosing the right class for you is to think about which style you’re most interested in and what your prior experience entails.

If you are interested in pole classes but don’t have a large amount of experience, Tease Studio requires all new students to take the Pole Technique Level One class that is offered every week. However, if you have attended several pole classes before, get in touch with us directly so we can help you determine which class is right for you! When it comes to our dance classes, we recommend all our new students start with “All Level” classes or classes with no level indication, as they are both designed to be fun and inclusive to everyone!
